GRAPHITE SIP WITH MAGNESIUM OXIDE SHELL

The walls of our buildings. Beyond the outstanding properties of the MgO, the energy efficiency as well as physical and biological properties of the panel are also better than those of its predecessor which was glued with OSB board.

Its properties compared to other building methods are also striking. For instance, the heat transfer coefficient of a 30 cm Porotherm wall with a 10 cm thermal insulation is 0,30w/m2k, that of a Graphite SIP is 0,15w/m2k, while that of a Graphite SIP with MgO board and insulation is 0,11w/m2k. Remark: passive houses need a heat transfer coefficient of 0,14w/m2k.
The vertical and horizontal load (wind load) properties of MgO boards are even better than that of OSB boards. They can be moulded with ease, and due to their light weight they can be mounted in a straightforward way, but are still capable of withstanding winds of up to 300km/h. They are shock resistant, can be drilled, sawed and cut, and have a huge load bearing capacity.
During tests, the walls were exposed to a heat of 1100 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. After that, the temperature of one side was 1100 degrees, while that of the other side was 134 degrees only. We can say that OSB boards fail these types of tests.
The excellent soundproofing performance of the natural MgO board provides a quiet and elegant living space. Its thinness does not affect its soundproofing performance. The soundproofing of the 6 mm board is 29 dB, and the air sound insulation of partition panels with graphite powder thermal insulation material is over 42 dB. Compared to other porous materials, it is unique.

ROOF WITH TRUSS PLATES

Modern roofs are manufactured in a professional manner. When designing and manufacturing roof structures, our company also takes quickness and precision into consideration. In addition to the special technology, we also use steel plates when we assemble the components which are cut to size. Its advantages compare to other technologies are as follows.

It is cheap because we can save up to 40% of timber.

Building is quick because it can be designed and manufactured in advance

It can be made in any size and span. There is no need for a solid slab.

Precise and spectacular. Creating boxed eaves is easy.

Its environmentally friendly since little waste is produced. Its fungicide is not harmful to human health.

THE SLAB SYSTEM OF TWO-STOREY HOUSES

Depending on the size, we use two technologies when building two-storey houses. Both are made up of high quality components. Because they are light, we do not have to use cranes to install them, which saves costs.

We can provide Posi Joist and Steico beams all year round.

We manufacture the Posi Joist slabs in our own factory.

It can be mounted on all types of buildings: lightweight slab, slab with a girder, concrete or brick building slab, or roof structure with a slab. The structure of the slab allows the easy mounting of fittings. It is suitable for numerous placement positions: wall-mounted slabs, recessed slabs, hung slabs or roof structures.
The thermal bridge free joist which can be used for building roof structures and slabs and is certified for passive houses, is also available in a 50 belt height as well! With its use buildings with zero energy demand can also be built with ease. Despite its low weight its load bearing capacity is quite high. It is easy to mould and assemble since the structural component on the bottom and top of joists is made of layered plywood, and between these a special hardboard provides maximum rigidity.
The thin double T shape of the I-Joist combines maximum load bearing capacity with economical material use. This significantly reduces thermal bridges, at the same time its slim shape makes the increase of the quantity of insulation possible. With the use of the I-joist the U-value of the building can be improved by as much as 15%. It is optimal for use in ‘passive’ and ‘passive plus’ type energy houses.
Thanks to the manufacturing process and the special components, they are absolutely dimensionally stable. Shrinkage and twisting are practically impossible with the I-Joists.

WOOD FIBRE BLOW-IN INSULATION

A healthy home climate does not stop at the walls. We use a material which is natural ad has excellent thermal insulation properties for the insulation of the roof and the slab.

The blow-in technology facilitates a thermal bridge free environment, thus it ensures a nice indoor climate all year round. Wood fibre has a huge heat storage capacity (wood fibre: : 2100J/kg.K vs cellulose: 1944J/kg.K), which, together with the high density and low heat conductivity coefficient results in outstanding energy efficiency and a significant amount of energy saving.

In winter wood fibre slows down the cooling of indoor spaces to a greater degree than other thermal insulation materials. It does not contain any artificial materials, and it is not harmful to human health.

GRAPHITE EPS INSULATION

98% of the material formed from closed-cell beads is air, which is one of the most natural materials with the best thermal insulation properties.

Graphite EPS is used for façade insulation in addition to the MgO SIP wall. The grid-like, stress-relieving incisions on the outside of the graphite boards successfully prevent the stresses created by environmental effects during installation.

The stress- and deformation-free -Construma award-winning graphite insulation is an exemplary thermal insulation product in terms of both technical novelty and energy saving, which is why we use it!!!

Its heat transfer coefficient is λ=0.029 W/mK. The same heat transfer requirement can be achieved with this graphite product with almost 40% thinner thermal insulation than with traditional white EPS. This means 3-4 m² more usable area than a 100 m² newly constructed building and savings of up to millions.

When it comes to facade thermal insulation systems, polystyrene is the clear winner. Not only in terms of non-renewable energy demand, but also in terms of its contribution to the greenhouse effect and acidification, it surpassed mineral foam, mineral fiber and wood wool products, which are considered an ecological alternative.
